Group Fitness & Aerobic Classes

For those who don’t have time to go to the health club or just have two left feet and want a class for your convenience our professional group fitness instructors will arrive at the privacy of your home, *apartment building, *condominium, *and office, to teach private and group classes.  These classes are designed to help you increase your endurance, flexibility, eye hand coordination, reduce stress, burn fat, and it’s fun!

*Basham Abs, Butt, & Thigh Busters for Beginners:  Tone your “gluteus” to the maximus” so you’ll look “abs” solutely fabulous!!  We begin with a 5 minute warm-up and stretch; 30 minute of isometrics and targeted exercises to shape and tone the quadriceps, glutes, inner & outer thighs, as well as obloquies, upper and lower abdominal muscles.  It can even help alleviate back pain

Designed for anyone who is just getting started or already training the abs, butt, & thighs.  This is a great class to begin core training; it’s especially good for those with lower back pain.  Every three weeks the class goes to a little more difficulty level.  Our instructors don’t just teach this class. 

We coach you into having successful results.  Each instructor will come out and work with each class participant on an as needed basis to help you achieve the proper form and results of the Basham Abs, Butt, & Thigh Busters Class.  

*Basham Abs, Butt, & Thigh Busters for the advanced to intermediate member:  This class is geared towards intermediate to advanced exercise enthusiast.  Beginners are welcome to participate in the class. Remember… if you’re just starting out only push yourself to a comfortable level.  It is just as important to not over train.

This class takes you to the next level on training your abs, butt, & thighs.  The movements are a more advanced and intense.  If you desire to strengthen your back, alleviate back pain, shape, lift you gluteus to the maxim-us, cut & define your abs, and shape/cut/ & define those legs this is the class for you.  

*Strength & Conditioning Personal Training Class for Beginners & Intermediate:  If you have never lifted weights or feel your exercises and form need improvement his is a great class to help you achieve increasing your strength and learn the proper way to lift weights and achieve results in a class room setting.  We begin with 5-7 minute warm-up with stretches; 45 minutes strengthening and defining the muscles of the body.

*Strength & Conditioning Personal Training Class for Advanced to Intermediate:
Taking you to the next level with more advanced movements and intensity to continue helping our members received continued results.

Note:  Both Strength & Conditioning Personal Training Classes and the Abs, Butt, & Thigh Classes are designed help clients have a better understanding of their body mechanics and achieve over all strength, definition, and proper form.  This class is held in the aerobic studio and sometimes will involve using the machines based on availability and the instructor.

Body Sculpting:  This class is designed using light weights, tubes, and a combination of routines to help members increase their strength and sculpt and tone the muscles.



*Circuit Move Cardio & Strength Conditioning Class:  If you are looking to be challenged this is the class for you!  The class goes for 8 weeks and every week after the 1st two weeks the class goes up to an additional intensity level. The class consists of weight training, circuit, and cardio mix.  Come into the class with a list of personal goals and through strength and core training, cardio mix, and lecture you’ll come away with achieving your personal goals.  Week by week you are guaranteed to feel and see a noticeable difference in your strength and endurance.

This class will help you improve your strength, cardiovascular, and appearance.  You will also discover if you have been training correctly or incorrectly in the gym.  In addition to the class, each person will receive a personal fitness program designed for their individual needs at Webster Fitness Holdings, Inc.  This is an 8 week program for members the cost is only $280. The cost for non members is $440.00

Low Impact Combined With High Intensity Aerobics: 
WOW!  IT’S BACK!  Low impact aerobics means no impact on your joints.  It is an awesome way to lose weight and increase your endurance.  No dancing is required and it’s for all ages! This class is great for beginners or even your advanced cardiovascular fit individual.  Everyone can work at their own intensity level.  Even when you’re finished with class….your body is still burning fat!  The key is no impact, build your endurance, and not to exceed your fat burning zone, but maintain in your fat burning zone for 20 minutes.  The instructor will explain what each person(s) intensity level should be in the class and how to monitor and maintain your individual level.

Yoga: A great class for those who have had little or no exposure to yoga.  If you haven’t already experienced the de-stressing yoga can offer - - you’re missing out!  A definite “Thumbs Up!!” It’s a combination of core strengthening, breathing techniques, and flexibility combined with the high principle of therapeutic practice for shoulders and rotator cuff injury.  This is a class you cannot succeed of fail at yoga.  You can only practice!

If you have taken yoga for years or just getting started this is an awesome class

Yoga & Body Movement:  Wake up and start your day with the morning yoga/body movement class.  There is nothing better than starting you day off with a being relaxed, yet mentally focused, and feeling refreshed combo with a little late kick for the attitude for the day! If you are a beginner/intermediate/ or advanced individual this class is great to start your day.  Each instructor guides each individual person based on their skill level.  Each week you should notice an improvement on your strength, flexibility, and with a strong sense of self inspiration.

Pilates:
Pilates exercise dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels, and performs.  It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs, and a flat abdomen.

Pilates teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement.  It improves flexibility, agility, strength, core control, is refreshing for the mind & body workout, and is challenging. It can even help alleviate back pain.

Basic Stretch:  If you have absolutely NO flexibility at all, then this is the class for you!  It’s what we call the starter class.  Learn how to stretch correctly, increase your flexibility, and range of motion.  This class is strictly for beginners!



Step Interval:
If your looking for a challenge come and join in on Stepping onto available height platform to provide a tough cardiovascular workout, burn body fat, while challenging the buttocks, hamstrings, and quadriceps. 

We begin with a 5- minute arm-up followed with stretches for 5 minutes 40 minute aerobics to build your endurance and burn body fat.  We continue with gradual increase to peak aerobic training using step routines, muscle strengthening and defining followed by a 5 minute cool-down and 5 minute stretch.

Note:  This class is not intended for individuals with week knees or joints.

Cardio Kickboxing:
This revolutionary workout is for both men and women of all ages and fitness levels. 
Its low impact, high intensity format combines the music, excitement, and energy of an aerobics class with basic self-defense techniques (punching and kicking) of karate. 

Cardio Kickboxing provides a full-body workout that increases cardiovascular fitness, burns fat, and calories, improves muscle tone, coordination, and reduces stress.  Even if you have no experience, you’ll still have fun!

We begin with a 5-7 minute warm up and a 5 minute stretches; 45 minutes of endurance training, followed by a 5 minute cool down and 5 minute stretch.

Turbo Kick:

Zumba:
A dynamic and exciting class full of Latin and exotic music flavors!  It is a FUN, effective and simple fitness system.  This class is a combination of high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participants to dance away their worries, build endurance, and burn fat.  Zumba is not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind.  It is a “feel-happy” workout.

Hip Hop:
Hip Hop is high energy street movement as seen in your favorite music videos by artists such as Janet Jackson, Justin Timberlake, and Usher to the hottest R& B, Pop, & Hip Hop Music. It fun and is impacted with a lot of energy!  This is a great way to throw off some stress, build your endurance, and just have a good time.

Latino Grooves: (Private & Group Lessons Available with additional fee)
It’s like a tootsie roll… all rolled up into one class.  This class is HOT with a combination of Salsa, Mambo, Cha-Cha, and Hip-Hop. 


*Urban Dance Class: (Private & Group Lessons Available with additional fee)
This is a dance class where choreographed routines will be taught successively.  Dance style will closely resemble music video choreography, with elements of hip-hop and performance dance.  Light warm-up will begin the class followed by a basic dance class format.  Participants will be encouraged to practice at home.  No back-ground in dance is required.

Fitness for Mommy & Me:
Come and join us on a 4 week course for mommy and me.  This is a great time to incorporate fitness with your child. The class is geared for mommy and child to exercise together incorporating endurance, basic strength, flexibility, and coordination.
It’s just simply fun!


Youth Cardio & Strength:
This program is for students under 18 years of age.  It is a combination of seminar(s), cardiovascular, and strength training to help each individual student increase his/her endurance, lose body fat as needed, while increasing strength and flexibility.
Each person must reregister for each training season. The program is 4 weeks to 8 weeks in length.  For each class participant to move to the next level he/she must successfully complete each session. Session I Beginners-4 weeks, Session II- Intermediate 6 weeks, &
 Session III- Advanced Level for 8 weeks.

*Weight Management / Exercise 12 Week Program:
Wanting to lose weight, increase your endurance, and gain strength and just having difficulty getting yourself into the gym to take part in group exercise routines?  Is time management in the way of you achieving your fitness and wellness goals?  Do you feel tired and sluggish and feel you need a change and you’re not sure where to begin?  Are you presently not achieving your desired fitness results? Do you eat out most of the time?  Does food simply taste all the same? Are you sure you know what to eat and which exercises to perform?  Would you like to learn how to exercise properly, and incorporate the correct exercises for you?  Would you like to eat well and still lose weight?  It maybe time for a change in your program. 

Basham Management has developed a Healthy Lifestyle Program combined with personal fitness training to help our client’s achieve a healthier lifestyle and have fun achieving it.  The program is design based on each participant’s individual goals, time management, medical history, and lifestyle.

  • The cost for members $1,800.  For non-members the cost is $2,200.
